  • Prices shown in our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST. 
    We endeavor to ensure that our price list is current, however we reserve the right to amend prices and will advise the purchaser of any price increases prior to shipping. 
  • Packaging and postage are charged at a rate of $20.00 per order and delivered via Australia Post, if postage exceeds $20.00 or if goods are to be shipped using a courier, the remainder cost will be made aware to the buyer to finalize shipping cost – if any. Despatch is normally within 3-5 business days of receipt of order for items in stock. Stock that requires sourcing from our suppliers will take longer, especially if waiting for imported items. These delays are out of our control. We request that you are patient during this process, however you are welcome to contact the store to enquire about possible delays.
    Note: Delivery to PO Box addresses please make sure that you are able to have your good delivered there.  

  • Shipping of items over 1.05m in length & heavy items over 5kg: Items longer than the Australia Post limit of 1.05m are shipped via courier and will be quoted, this includes most larger antennas. Some items are dispatched from our suppliers direct to our customers to reduce freight and delivery times. (EXAMPLE: Antennas exceeding 1.7m in length ‘may’ cost approximately $140 in freight alone.) Please keep this in mind when placing your order as freight charges may cost more than your purchase item itself. Unfortunately, we simply cannot absorb these exuberant freight charges to operate a business. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Credit Card Payment: All credit card information is entered via secure online payment platform Stripe.
    Note:     For security reasons, we do not have any access to your credit card information.
    Pay Directly into our Bank account: You can make payment directly to our bank account by selecting
    Pay Direct to Bank Account at check-out.
    Note: Orders paid direct to bank account will not be dispatched until your payment has cleared to our account.
  • Exchange or Refund: FAULTY/MANUFACTURE ISSUE: You can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major manufacturers problem, is unsafe, is significantly different to that advertised on our website, or does not do what we said it would do in the product description. Refunds are processed once item/s have been received and inspected upon return.   CHANGE OF MIND/WRONG ITEM PURCHASE: While we are extremely understanding, there will be a 25% restocking fee charged on any item returned for change of mind or wrong item purchased. This is only valid within 14 days from receiving your order, confirmed through postal tracking.
